This year the focus is on loneliness which can effect us all at some time in our lives.

You can be surrounded by people and yet still feel lonely. For some the negative feeling it brings draws them into anxiety or depression.

This week I will offer you a guided meditation and show you ways to alleviate the gnawing ache which can lie within us.
